Jennifer Jones, CMRS: I am the owner and manager of DayStar. I was an office manager for an optometric practice and held several key management positions and served as an outside consultant for a medical billing company before starting DayStar in 2001. In the fall of 2004 I was commissioned as a Notary Public. One of my current projects is studying to take the CPC (Certified Procedural Coder) exam in order to better serve my clients. Taking nature walks, caring for all of our cats and reading are some of my favorite pastimes.
 

Wes Williams: I am the co-founder of DayStar not because I have a deep and abiding love for medical billing but because Jennifer is my wife and it seemed like the thing to do! If you have any landscaping or garden related questions just call and ask for me, I have a bachelors degree in horticulture from The Ohio State University. My duties with DayStar include assisting with data entry, computer operations, and courier services. Nature walks, music, writing, reading and loving our cats take up the rest of the time.
 

Andrea McDonough: I am a Senior Billing Specialist with DayStar with over seven years experience. I still find medical billing interesting and challenging. I have a great husband and two great children, all of whom keep me laughing most of the time. When I do have time for myself I enjoy it by reading or making jewelry.

Alicia Bailey: I am one of the newest members to DayStar. I recently graduated from a Medical Office Assisting program and am now a student at Columbus State Community College. While, I am very proud to work here my greatest accomplishment is my family. I have two gorgeous boys and a great husband that I enjoy spending time with. The newest member os our family is our Yorkie named Jazmine.

Lindsay Coffield: I am the youngest DayStar staff member. I handle all the filing and organizing for the company and a variety of tasks that seem to get assigned to me. I enjoy working at DayStar! Since I am a Junior in high school this is a great part-time job. I also enjoy reading, shopping and hanging out with my friends and family.

Ned Collins: I have known Jennifer Jones for nearly 20 years, so it was an easy decision to join the DayStar team, not to mention she begged me to come aboard. Other than payment posting, my other passions in life are golf, bowling with my beautiful spouse and Buckeye Football. My two children and ALL of my money go to college.....

Tanya Starcher: I truly love working at DayStar. I have over six years of experience in medical billing with the latest two years specializing in Podiatry. I have an unbelievably great husband and 5 awesome kids. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends. My life is full!
